Children
Bethlehem Centers of Nashville’s Comprehensive School Age program allows children in Grades K-4 to balance learning and fun through a variety of experiences and features that include:
- Academics and Tutorial Support
- Daily Fitness Activities that help keep children active and healthy.
- Enrichment Activities, Crafts
- Social Skills and Positive Communication.
- Educational Field Trips, Healthy Meals and Snacks
- Summer Camps
We currently offer Afterschool Programs from 3:30 – 6 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays.
Three-star quality childcare for children 0-5 years old is offered on the Bethlehem Center campus via our partnership with the 15th Avenue North Learning Academy. Please call 615-647-7174.
The hours of operation for the 15th Avenue North Learning Academy is Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Stars of Bethlehem After-School Program (Grades K-4)
The Stars of Bethlehem After-School Program offers structured leaning and recreational activities for children in grades K-4. This program offers tremendous support to working parents who know that their children are in a safe and structured learning environment after the school day. Volunteers from area colleges assist and play an important role in tutoring. Summer Enrichment Camp For K-4th Graders
The Slammin Jammin Summer Enrichment Camp is offered each summer for children (ages 5-12) and blends educational activities with hands-on fun. Children participate in field trips to museums, parks, the Nashville Zoo and other local attractions. Daily activities include reading, journaling, physical fitness, STEM, arts and crafts. The 2023 summer camp will run June 5-July 28, 2023 from 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday- Friday. For additional information, please call 615-329-3386, ext. 230.

Our volunteers play a critical role in our outreach programs at Bethlehem Centers of Nashville. “Serving the underserved” has been the heart of our mission for over a century. Volunteer opportunities cover a broad spectrum – from tutoring students enrolled in our after-school program – to delivering hot lunches to seniors – to supporting our annual Christmas Toy Story program.
